Tuesday: Easy Chicken Enchilada
Wednesday: Fish Sandwich, corn* and Cole Slaw*
Thursday: Fried Eggplant* Parmesan and salad*
Friday:  Pizza and salad*
Saturday:  FYOD (Find your own Dinner - Leftovers in our house!)
Sunday: Burgers, salad*, and Loaded Potato* Salad
